We’ll sort through the legal maze for you, flagging what’s urgent and what can wait, all while making sure you have the right paperwork in hand. Need to tackle employee issues? We’ve got strategies for that too. Plus, we’ll school you on the must-knows of discrimination and retaliation laws, so you can keep things smooth at work.

Got existing employee contracts? We’ll give them a once-over to make sure they’re tip-top. Need to update your EIN? Consider it done.

What’s included:

Pinpoint legal documents we want with your employees and contractors (now and in the future)

During this session, we’ll provide a thorough review of all your legal questions and guide you through the essential legal considerations tailored to your specific entity type.

Our expert team will educate you on the optimal business structure and formation that aligns with your goals. From assisting with the necessary incorporation filings, whether it’s an LLC, LLP, or Corp., to helping you obtain an EIN if needed, we’ll ensure a seamless process. We’ll prepare crucial documents such as Articles of Organization or Incorporation, along with a customized Operating Agreement.

In addition, we’ll address any meeting minutes or by-law requirements. To further empower your business, we’ll provide 1 free month in our signature Legalfluence Lounge Membership to further support your growth.

Trademark Search &
Application Package

(recommended for businesses seeking comprehensive brand protection)

Embark on your brand protection journey with our Trademark Search & Application Package, crafted to safeguard your business’s trademark needs from the ground up.

We start with a Trademark Search, diving deep to assess the uniqueness of your brand elements, followed by a tailored risk assessment. In the event of a high-risk outcome, we conduct a secondary search at no additional charge. After the search, we handle the application filing, setting you on the path to registration. The search typically concludes within a week, and the subsequent application process spans a minimum of 10-12 months right now. We stand by you throughout, navigating any office actions to ensure your brand’s secure registration.

**Be aware of potential additional fees, only applicable if incurred:

Extra Classes: $500 each
TEAS Regular Form Filing: $250 each
Statement of Use (for “intent-to-use” filings): $350 each
Extension for Statement of Use Submission: $350 each
Substantive Refusal Responses, such as Likelihood of Confusion: around $1250

Full Trademark Application for 1 mark and follow through until registration.**
Comprehensive Trademark Search for direct brand element comparison.
