The full search, attorney analysis, application filing, and support through most non-substantive Office Actions. The only extra cost is the $350 government fee per class.
What’s a “class”?
Trademarks are categorized by industry. One mark = one class by default, but if you sell acrossmultiple areas (like shirts and skincare), you may need multiple classes.
Do you guarantee approval?
No one can guarantee that. And if they are, you should be worried. We will never file an application though unless we believe you have a real shot—and we guide you through every step.
Can I just do the search?
Yes—you can purchase a comprehensive search + analysis for $600 without committing to the full package. If you decide to proceed within 30 days though, you will be credited the $600 towards the full package amount.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes—we offer 2–3 payment plan options at checkout. Ask during your consult if you’d preferto break things up.
